Data transfers to these sub-processors are based on:
Art. 28 GDPR (Data Processing Agreement)
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) of the EU Commission for transfers to third countries
Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with all sub-processors
EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where applicable)
Changes
We reserve the right to update this list as needed. Material changes will be communicated to our customers at least 30 days in advance.
