What you will work on

Go-to-Market & Campaign Ownership:
Shape and run campaigns across BlackMountain’s platform and individual features: from positioning and messaging to execution and iteration.

Funnel Design & Performance Marketing Foundations:
Develop and continuously improve marketing funnels (top-to-bottom): landing pages, lead magnets, nurture sequences, and conversion paths. You translate strategy into measurable steps and build a rhythm of testing and refinement.

Product-led Marketing Translation:
Turn platform features into product-led marketing campaigns: clear narratives, simple value demonstrations, and high-quality assets that help people understand the product quickly.

Design Execution & Brand-consistent Assets (Figma):
Create and ship marketing assets in Figma: social creatives, event materials, one-pagers, slide elements, and landing page sections. You work at the intersection of design, strategy, and communication.

Social Media & Content Distribution:
Plan and execute social media content with a strong sense for audience, format, and cadence. You execute repeatable formats, keep channels consistent, and connect topics to what the market currently cares about.

Sales Support:
Support our sales motion by preparing outreach materials, following up on leads, and helping us stay close to customer language. You enjoy reaching out to people by message and by phone.

Process Building:
Co-develop standard processes for campaign execution, asset production, and handoffs between marketing, product, and sales.

Events:
Join relevant events with the team, help prepare them, and ensure strong follow-up afterward. You speak with potential customers on-site and help convert interest into concrete next steps.

Your core experiences

• 2–4 years experience in growth marketing / B2B marketing / product marketing

• Strong practical ability in Figma

• Experience in social media marketing 

• Comfort with direct communication: approaching people, writing outreach, and calling when needed

• Clear writing skills and a good sense for structure, tone, and audience

• Fluency in German and English required

Additional strengths

• Experience with Framer

• Experience translating product features into landing pages and conversion-focused stories

• Event experience: hosting, coordination, or field marketing support

• Familiarity with enterprise buying journeys and working alongside sales teams

For your day-to-day work, we provide a company laptop. Full-time employment is based on 38.5 hours per week, with compensation according to the Austrian collective agreement and the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
