# Enterprise AI Rollout — From access to everyday use

Move from AI access to measurable, repeatable adoption across enterprise teams.

## Roll out AI across the enterprise – without losing control.

One governed platform for every team: introduced function by function, grounded in your company knowledge, with usage and cost visible from day one.

## Access is easy. Enterprise change is not.

Most enterprises already use AI somewhere – a chat licence here, a pilot there, tools nobody approved. What is missing is one way of working that scales across functions, countries and permission levels.

### Every department buys its own AI tool.

### Company data ends up in private accounts.

### Pilots succeed – and stay in one team.

### Nobody can say what AI is used for or what it costs.

- Enterprise adoption moves when the workflow feels more natural than the workaround.

## One platform, rolled out the way enterprises work.

Replace the tool sprawl with one governed foundation – then carry what works from team to team.

### All leading models in one secure workspace.

OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral and more – for every team, under one contract. Admins decide which models are enabled; Auto (EU) picks the right one per task. The governed path becomes the easy path.

### Company knowledge that respects your org chart.

Connect documents and systems once. Roles on organisation, workspace and team level make sure AI only sees what each person is allowed to see – in every country and business unit.

### What works in one team becomes the standard for the next.

Turn proven prompts and setups into shared assistants – with instructions, knowledge and model included – and hand them to the next function instead of starting over.

## From pilot to enterprise standard.

A rollout in waves: every wave starts with the context, assistants and guidelines of the last.

### Set up the platform

Choose the deployment option, connect identity and core systems, define roles and the models you enable.

### Pick the first wave

Two or three functions with clear, recurring work – and a champion in each team.

### Enable the teams

Onboarding on real tasks, shared prompts and assistants, clear usage guidelines.

### Expand wave by wave

Proven assistants and setups move on to the next functions, so every wave starts further ahead.

### Measure and steer

Control Tower shows adoption, usage and cost per team – the basis for the next investment decision.

## AI becomes a managed enterprise capability.

The point is not more AI activity. It is better work, made visible across the enterprise.

### One standard instead of tool sprawl

Every team works on the same governed platform – fewer contracts, fewer blind spots.

### Adoption you can see per team

Usage per team, workflow and use case shows where AI works and where support is needed.

### One platform to assess, not one per tool

Security and procurement review one EU-hosted, permission-aware and traceable platform – instead of every new tool.

### Faster work, human judgement intact

AI researches, drafts and summarises. People review and decide.

## In control from day one.

Sovereign hosting, permissions and cost transparency are part of the platform – not an add-on to negotiate later.

### European by structure

100% European ownership. Application, storage and processing run in the EU.

### Roles and permissions

Rights on organisation, workspace and team level. AI only sees what the user may see.

### Cost per team

## Questions we often hear

### Can we start with one business unit or country?

Yes. Workspaces and roles let you start with one unit and add others step by step – each with its own knowledge and permissions, all on the same platform.

### How do we get shadow AI under control?

By making the governed path the easiest one: all leading models and your company knowledge in one workspace, so there is no reason to use private accounts. Admins decide which models are enabled, and Control Tower shows how AI is used.

### How long does an enterprise rollout take?

That depends on the number of functions and systems involved. The platform is usable from the start, so the first teams work with AI while the next waves are prepared.

### Where does 48° run?

In the EU: application, storage and processing are operated by the European provider Scaleway in Paris. Besides the standard EU multi-tenant setup, 48° is available as a dedicated environment, in your own cloud or on-premise.

### Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We use enterprise APIs, so your content is never used to train models. Application, storage and processing run in the EU.

### How is 48° billed?

With a seat-based platform fee and no margin on your tokens. Control Tower shows all AI spending per team in real time.

## Make AI part of the enterprise operating model.

Start with a first wave of teams and the work that matters most. We plan the rollout with you.
