### Do you add a margin to AI usage?

No. You pay a seat-based platform fee and no margin on tokens. Smart routing sends each task to the right model, so you get more output for less spend.

### Which modules are in which plan?

Starter includes Chat, Editor, Artefacts, Knowledge Hub and core integrations. Business adds Assistant Studio, Agent Studio, Control Tower and all integrations. Enterprise includes every module, including Radar, plus custom integrations and dedicated deployment options.

### Can we start with one team?

Yes. Start with a focused use case on Starter or Business and grow across teams as adoption becomes part of the way you work.

### Which models are included?

All leading models, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Mistral, in one governed workspace. Admins decide which models are enabled.

### What does onboarding cost?

Onboarding and use case enablement are priced to fit your company and the use cases you want to enable. Forward Deployed Engineers are billed hourly.
