More than 50 native integrations are available out of the box. Further systems can be added via MCP or as custom integrations.

### Do our permissions carry over?

Yes. Access rights from the connected system apply inside 48°. Nobody sees more through AI than in the original tool.

### Can AI write back to our systems?

Connectors can read from and write back to the systems your teams use – for example to create a ticket or update a record – within the permissions you set.

### Who decides which integrations teams can use?

Admins choose which integrations are available. Teams then connect the ones they need, and toolsets bundle them per use case.

### Is our data used to train AI models?
